My work is somatically-oriented and sessions may include the integration of practices and tools that help clients move out of the sympathetic or “fight or flight” response into the parasympathetic or “mend and tend” mode, promoting safety, deep relaxation, greater clarity, stress reduction, enduring healing, and even trauma resolution.
